well i just need some help writing a Welcome Letter for new residents at our nursing home.

The attached guide has been prepared to provide you with information about the ACME Nursing Home. It covers most aspects of the accommodation, care and operation of the Home but it cannot cover all situations and eventualities, so please ask the Matron if you have any further queries or require assistance.
