one of African country customer required documents after payment, but our bank will not allowed so please give me good letter format.

Answer:

Dear Sunil,

I assume that they want a written confirmation that the payment has been made.

An example would be:

Dear African Company,

We have processed your payment and enclosed is a copy of the bank statement for your records.
