Need Help Urgently - Introduction

Dear Sir,

I am working in a hotel as a Sales coordinator I have recently join this job and its my first experience working with a hotel.

our new General Manger ask me to type a Introduction letter for him he wants to send to his previous contacts.

I need guide lines how to type (write) a professional letter He want to announce that he have recently join with our hotel and need the same support the companies was giving him in the previous hotel
